State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be submitted to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors through its website: www.nasbaregistry.org Cancellations received less than 7 calendar days prior to the session start date are subject to a US $25 nonrefundable service charge. This fee will be waived if another training program is purchased at time of cancellation. Confirmed reservations not canceled the day before the start of the program will be billed at the full rate. All requests for refunds will be processed within 30 days following the program.
